McCalls Pattern 7992 Vintage Girls Pretty Dress, dated 1965 for size 3. This Uncut pattern includes; Child's dress is gathered to yoke at back and front, has below-elbow length set-in sleeves. Back yoke opening is buttoned and interfaced. Contrasting square collar and bias cuffs are faced with self fabric and flat lace edging is included in facing seams.

Such a classic, pretty dress. Wouldn't this be perfect in Velvet?
