A customer is responsible for shipping an item back within 5 business days after receiving it. Please, contact me beforehand to obtain an authorization. The item must be in the same exact condition, tags attached, bag untorn when applicable, no signs of wear. Upon receiving the item back I will issue an immediate refund less 10% restocking fee.
